My kids have found sports to be their passion.
I spend my weekends walking golf courses or standing on pool decks at swim meets.
I never imagined that I would be the sports mom, mainly because I was so terrible at all sports.
But my girls are much more athletic than I ever was. They live for their athletic pursuits.
Sports have brought so much fun and a lot of busy activity into our weeks.
To motivate and encourage them, we’re reading about some female athletes that have changed history and inspired generations of athletes.
Enjoy this book list of women who made their mark in sports.
