{Arts and Crafts} Coffee Filter Tie-Dye

This was originally a Totschool idea but Ladybug had so much fun that the big kids joined in with her.  And then we spent the entire morning doing art projects.  One of the many benefits of homeschooling!!

You need:
coffee filters
medicine droppers
washable markers
large white paper

Flatten the coffee filters and then color the entire filter with markers.  Lay the colored filters on top of large paper and use medicine droppers to drip water all over the filters.  Once the filters are completely wet, set the paper aside to dry.  When the filters and paper underneath are completely dry, gently remove filters.  You’ll have tie-dyed paper and coffee filters.
